How do I know if placing an order with you is safe?
Dress90 Boutique is a verified PayPal Business member! PayPal is a very trustworthy and respectable e-commerce payment solution.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We prefer that you contact us via email before your purchase and let us know what you are interested in purchasing and what country the order will be shipped to. Upon receiving that information, we will give you a shipping quote for your order and we will send you your total. After you get your total back with shipping, if you decide you would like to place the order I will change the information for the listing(s) you are interested in to reflect your total so you can proceed through eCRATER to finish your order. Do you do returns and/or exchanges?
We do not accept any general returns or exchanges. I do want to make my customers happy, if you are really unsatisfied I will try to work it out. We are not responsible for re-shipping the item. If you wish to make a return, please email us and we will be glad to refund your money on a case by case basis. Returns must be made within 10 business days. If you need to cancel an order please contact me. Exchanges will be handled depending on the circumstances, you may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.

I want to return my item. What should I do?
We accept returns for items that are not as described, for instance if we sent you the wrong item, or if the item has defects, such as rips, tears, and stitching is unraveling. We do not accept returns for any other reasons. The item must not be used and the tags and cellophane still in tacked. You must ship the item back to us at your cost and within 3 days of receiving your authorization to return the item. Please use the contact us button on the website and we will respond within 24 hours.

Why can not select the size when placed orders
Please simply request your size within the eCRATER purchase form (during check-out, there will be a "Note For Seller" field available where you can write it). Shortly after your purchase, you will receive our order eMail confirmation where we will confirm your order, estimated shipping and delivery date, and your size choice as well.
